Gear Trunk
You don't need another duffel bag.
You need gear that survives your worst, adapts to the ride, and carries every essential — without compromise. Every line, seam, pocket, and material in the Gear Trunk has a backstory. We're not talking about climbing Everest here - we're talking about all the sh*! you put your gear through.
Why We Designed It This Way
1. We chose 1680D TPU for a reason
We’ve hauled gear through wind, rain, slush, and snow. In wet or muddy terrain, your gear bag shouldn’t become a liability. The 1680D TPU outer shell keeps outside elements out, and when you toss in damp clothing, moisture doesn’t wick through. That means your electronics, tools, and clothing stay safe and dry.
2. Compartments born from real rides
We’ve been in the trenches: loading up for multi-day rides, stopping to shift gear, crawling under trees to adjust straps. Over time, we saw three problem zones every single time:
-
Helmet and headgear — bulky, awkward, and constantly needing padding and protection
-
Boots and muddy footwear — must be isolated, easy to clean, and not compromising dry gear
-
Everything else — radios, transceivers, goggles, gloves, spare parts
So we built dedicated compartments:
-
Helmet compartment — roomy enough for full-face and modular helmets, with structured support so nothing crushes
-
Boots compartment — lined with removable TPU so you can rinse or wipe out mud and water
-
Main compartment — organized zones:
• Two elastic pouches for tools, radios, avalanche gear, GPS, etc.
• Zipped pocket for keys, phones, wallet
• Two protective goggle pockets
• Open space for gloves, balaclava, neck brace, etc.
Every pocket and divider was placed because we asked: Where do riders reach first? Where does something like a goggle or transceiver get stashed on a long day?
3. Size options that match your mission
We don’t believe one size fits all. Some days you’re out with minimal gear; other days you’re loaded for extended trips. That’s why we offer:
-
80 L — compact yet capable
-
120 L — for big missions or multi-ride gear dumps
You get a choice based on how far you ride, how many toys you bring, and how much you want to carry.
Tested in the Harshest Conditions
-
We loaded the Gear Trunk with full wet gear and rode alpine passes where snow drifts sneak sideways. The shell never leaked, even in sideways downpours.
-
We filled the boot compartment with soaked boots and rode it over rough terrain; the lining held up, allowed quick drainage, and resisted abrasion.
-
We stress-tested zippers, pockets, and seams at extreme temperatures — in subzero cold and summer heat — to ensure durability, no sticking, no splitting.
-
We hauled it on real trips, loading and unloading dozens of times — the compartments and structure stayed firm, the materials held shape, the access stayed intuitive.
