Returns
Our return policy lasts 35 days from the original purchase date. If 35 days have gone by since your purchase and you haven't started the return process (linked below), unfortunately we can't offer you a refund.
To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must be in the original packaging and include any extra parts or pieces that came with it.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Please don't send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless someone from our team instructs you to, or the return process directs you to.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm we've got it, and to let you know whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original method of payment. Processing time can vary, since it often depends on your bank.
Partial refunds may apply in certain situations:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, start by checking your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, since there's often processing time before a refund shows up.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, simply return yours and buy again. Use the return link above to get started.
Return shipping
Mountain Lab charges $9.99 per return order to cover return shipping to our warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, delivery time for your new product may vary.
If you're shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee we'll receive your returned item.
